How to return an item to us

We have a 30 day return policy for unused and undamaged products purchased from our online store (excluding sale items).
Your items must be returned unworn & in their original condition within  30 days for a store Gift card to use  - Rings and Bracelets Only Can Be Exchanged for a different size.

What can't be returned 
earrings, sale items, charity &  promotional items

Due to health regulations, we will not be able to accept returns on earrings. 

For any Leigh Fortington Jewellery products, your purchase from other stockists. You should contact them directly.

Returns using Afterpay :
 If you have paid for your order through Afterpay, we will issue you with a gift card to the same value, as we are unable to void your Afterpay payments. Your agreement with Afterpay will still continue and you will be required to pay any scheduled repayments.

Paypal / paypal express.

.We will do a  Refund if you send your purchase back in the right time frame  2-10  days  less the percetage cost that paypal charges Leigh Fortington Jewellery, % by paypal is worked out on the price of sale rough estimate 2.5 - 2.6%

Send your return Back:

We don't cover return postage fees unless the error is Leigh Fortington or a manufacturing fault. We recommend getting tracked postage, so you can track your return. We don't accept responsibility for lost parcels. Australia Post offers a tracked parcel that is on offer for $14.00 postage. Please allow 2-10 days for your return to be processed

Warranty

Leigh Fortington Jewellery offers a 3 month warranty.

 We offer a 3 month limited warranty against faults in materials or manufacturing defects on products purchased from our online store.

Exclusions and limitations

The above-mentioned warranties against faults or defects do not cover, breakage, loss, damage, changes in appearance, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the product due to:

– normal wear and tear (including tarnishing)

– careless handling

– improper use

– alteration

– accident

– repair performed by someone other than us, or

– theft

- Please don't wear your pieces swimming or showering as this will weaken the materials & cause it to break discolour the metals.

Tarnishing occurs naturally, therefore cleaning is not covered by this warranty.
