How to return an item to us
We have a 10 day return policy for unused and undamaged products purchased from our online store (excluding sale items)
Your items must be returned unworn & in their original condition within in 10 days For a store Gift card to use - Rings and Bracelets Only Can Be Exchanged for a different size.
What can't be returned ; earrings, sale items, charity & promotional items
Due to health regulations, we will not be able to accept return on earrings.
For any Leigh Fortington Jewellery products you purchase from other stockists. You should contact them directly.
Returns using Afterpay :
If you have paid for your order through Afterpay, we will issue you with a gift card to the same value, as we are unable to void your afterpay payments. Your agreement with afterpay will still continue and you will be required to pay any scheduled repayments.
Send your return Back:
We don't cover return postage fees, unless the error is Leigh Fortington or a manufacturing fault. We recommend getting tracked postage, so you can track your return. We don't accept responsibility for lost parcels. Australia post offers a tracked parcel that is on offer for for $9.15 postage. Please allow 2-10 days for your return to be processed
Leigh Fortington Jewellery offers a 2 month warranty.
We offer a 2 month limited warranty against faults in materials or manufacturing defects on products purchased from our online store.
Exclusions and limitations
The above mentioned warranties against faults or defects do not cover, breakage, loss, damage, changes in appearance, or the gradual degradation of all of part of the product due to:
– normal wear and tear (including tarnishing)
– careless handling
– improper use
– repair performed by someone other than us, or
Tarnishing occurs naturally, therefore cleaning is not covered by this warranty.
