We offer free returns for customers who purchased from Australia and had their jewellery delivered in Australia. Subject to any exclusions listed below, we offer a 2 month limited warranty against faults in materials or manufacturing defects on products purchased from our online store.
Exclusions and limitations
The above mentioned warranties against faults or defects do not cover, breakage, loss, damage, changes in appearance, or the gradual degradation of all of part of the product due to:
– normal wear and tear (including tarnishing)
– careless handling
– improper use
– repair performed by someone other than us, or
Tarnishing occurs naturally, therefore cleaning is not covered by this warranty.
